The 28th Annual Tree Lighting hosted by the North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 5:30 pm, at the historic ICELAND ice skating rink, featuring free ice skating for kids, Santa, karaoke singing, cookies, treats, hot cocoa and coffee, and free goodie bags.

Each year for the last 28 years the North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce (established in 1923) has hosted the Christmas Tree lighting in Old North Sacramento, attracting families from some of the most challenged neighborhoods in the city, including Del Paso Heights, Noralto, Strawberry Manor, and Hagginwood. The Event is free to attend and children skate for free.
