The latest NCN is available, yet not listed on the website. I wonder why? Vivien does a nice job with the homey, country garden type tips and such, but the fish wrap is constantly filled with half-truths and incomplete stories.
I would encourage everyone who cares the least bit about Rio Linda continuing as a smalltown community to ask any business that carries the NCN or advertises in the NCN to stop those activities.
Vivien can see the end of the water district coming, and now she’s dead set on taking down the Elverta school district as well.
