Homebuilder Lennar Corp. has been selected by developer Integral Communities to build out the single-family homes planned in the Northlake project in North Natomas.
Northlake is located south of Elkhorn Blvd. and west of Highway 99 at the Elkhorn/99 interchange, just south of Metro Air Park.
Lennar has filed plans for eight different home styles in the initial building phase of 1,137 homes and Integral Communities is currently in the process of installing infrastructure.
Northlake homes will scale from 1,774 to about 4,000 square feet. Each of the eight home designs will offer between three to five layouts, including outdoor rooms.
The development will be a water-centric community with man-made lakes and some homes will be sited on lakefront property.
Model homes should be finished within a year. Pricing has yet to be determined.
No commercial development has yet been announced.
