We have an amazing opportunity to help our students, as well as students from our other local schools.
RLHS, with the help from a local business, has started a shoe fund through SAFE Credit Union. We have been able to give out many shoes- especially in the PE department. We have donated over 20 pairs to Orchard Elementary as well. We are currently giving $20.00 gift cards from Payless Shoe Source to the students that need them. We would like to go by teacher/staff referral as much as possible.
Our goal is to help more students and possibly give more money for shoes. Currently, we only have about $100.00 left in our account, so we will only be able to help a few more students. Here is where the opportunity comes!!! You can donate directly to our very own SAFE Credit Union Shoes Account. Just a few dollars would be awesome!!!
Rio Linda High School and its surrounding communities are known for their giving and kind hearts! Thank you in advance from all of the students that will benefit.
