The Rio Linda CPAC (Community Planning Advisory Committee) will review a proposal next week for an 8.6-acre, seven-building office/industrial park in Rio Linda.
Century Palms Business Park would be on the southwest corner of Rio Linda Boulevard and M Street in Rio Linda, behind the Granite’s restaurant property. . The proposal shows three 20,000-square-foot buildings and a 5,300-square-foot building.
According to the agenda item, the three largest buildings would all be either office or industrial use. Smaller buildings in the proposal are designated as either office or retail, except for one 7,600-square-foot building that could also be a restaurant.
“Each building is designed to allow for individual tenant spaces on each side of the building,” the item states. “The buildings include entry doors, windows, and roll-up doors.” Total square footage for the commercial space in the property is 103,000 square feet.
Brothers Property Development, based in Gold River, is listed as the project applicant/developer. Contact information for that company could not be immediately found Tuesday.
