SACRAMENTO, Calif. – On December 13, 2017, Investigators from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Valley and Golden Gate Division Investigative Services Unit (ISU), assisted by the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office served three arrest warrants and two search warrants at two properties located in Concord, California. The CHP’s Valley Division ISU has been investigating a series of trailer thefts in the Sacramento and Bay Area regions. The investigation led to the recovery of 15 stolen trailers valued at approximately $75,000. The search warrants also resulted in the recovery of a stolen travel trailer and Chrysler mini-van. The suspects were identified as 58 year old Joseph M. Adamo of Concord, 59 year old
Shyla C. James of Concord, and 50 year old Connie L. Kelley of Concord. The suspects were booked into Contra County Jail on charges of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, and conspiracy.
