Looking for a mature (over 50) person/couple to live in mobile home at the ranch and be caretaker(s).
Must be physically able to keep up grounds (mowing, weedeating, blowing, sweeping, etc.), as well as have ability for small equipment and irrigation system repairs.
Needs to provide around the clock security as much as possible. Also needs to be able to work well with others and have good interaction with the public.
This is a non-paying position. Volunteer work is in exchange for free rent in the mobile home.
Not suitable for families with children under 18 or lots of pets.
Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
