McClellan Logistics Center to Include 3 Industrial Warehouse Buildings
McClellan Park has announced the McClellan Logistics Center project, a new logistics center which will encompass three industrial warehouse distribution buildings, totaling approximately 410,000 square feet.
The logistics center will be located on the corner of Winters Street and Dudley Boulevard, in close proximity to the I-80/Winters Street Interchange.
According to the Sacramento Business Journal, This is the second new industrial project to be built in McClellan Park, making it a key development in the master-planned campus.
Features of the new project include:
- Grade and dock loading with 130’ truck courts
- 60’ concrete truck aprons
- 9’X10’ dock doors
- Clear height ranging from 28’ to 32’
- Truck/trailer parking
- ESFR sprinklers
- Access to McClellan Park’s amenities
