The National Tax Limitation Committee (NTLC) is proud to Host the “Intersection of Business and Politics” featuring a two-part event starting with a mixer including a wide range of Chambers promoting the benefits of membership and opportunities to participate in community event.
The Emcee for the Chamber Mixer will be David Lichtman, Market President and Publisher of the Sacramento Business Journal.
The 2nd part of the event will feature a political conversation moderated by Journalist and Political Columnist Dan Walters. Dan posted more than 9,000 political columns in his 33 years with the Sacramento Bee and is currently a contributing writer with Cal Matters. Dan will be discussing the connection between business and politics and providing his assessment of the
upcoming November election.
Congressman Ami Bera and Congressional Candidate Andrew Grant have been invited to join the conversation.
The event is October 17th at the Dante Club with registration starting at 5:00 pm. Admission is $20 and includes a spectacular buffet of appetizers and desserts and a No-Host bar. Attendees will receive a “FREE” raffle ticket to win prizes from all participating Chambers and an opportunity to win a Vacation Adventure Grand Prize at a “Secluded Island” in Puget Sound.
