Rio Linda/Elverta Community Water District (RLECWD) is pleased to announce the selection of Tim Shaw as General Manager. RLECWD conducted an extensive search and evaluated numerous highly qualified candidates.

Formerly the General Manager for Olivehurst PUD, Shaw has many years in water and wastewater treatment which will be an asset for the District as it develops its surface water treatment program and implements conjunctive use.
Sustainability of the basin is a key goal for the District and regional partners and RLECWD has become a leading agency in the area. The selection of Tim Shaw demonstrates RLECWD commitment to achieving highest levels of service for the Community and delivering value through each team member.
